Negativity.

There is a lot of it in my life.
And I keep piling it on.
It’s weight, not just on my shoulders, but on my heart.
I shouldn’t do it..I know.
I just can’t stop myself.

It’s sad.
I don’t smile as often.
I don’t laugh and make others do the same.
I don’t eat properly.
I don’t sleep enough.
I don’t think positive.
Worst of all, I don’t believe in myself anymore.

& I think that’s my biggest downfall.
